Bliss Reveal Mystery Boxes & Journal Edits

Due to the personalized, curated, and surprise nature of our Reveal Mystery Boxes and BlissLUX Journal Edits, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations after an order has been placed

Because the contents of these products are curated specifically for each customer, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Signature Jewelry

If your jewelry arrives damaged or breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible jewelry items may qualify for:

  • A replacement
  • An exchange
  • Store credit, at our discretion

Photos of the damaged item may be required before a replacement or exchange is approved.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, loss, or damage caused after delivery are not covered under this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item(s).

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
