By placing an order with BlissLUX Co., you acknowledge that Bliss Reveal Mystery Boxes and BlissLUX Journal Edits are curated surprise-style products. Contents will vary between orders and specific items cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the personalized and curated nature of these products, Bliss Reveal Mystery Boxes and Journal Edits are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Signature Jewelry may be eligible for replacement or exchange within 30 days if the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Proof of damage may be required.
